Hello friends,
Our mission in creating -Mother Nature Health coaching and Wellness -is to wake up the awareness of this tremendous philosophical saying. It’s ever true (outstanding), meaning ” You are what you eat” Yes, you are what you eat! This is a fact of life. Do you know, the food you eat, and your choice of lifestyle may be causing you that stress, pain, anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorder and brain fog you are always complaining about? You cannot plant tomatoes and be expecting to reap oranges, so, in the same vein, you cannot eat nutrient-deficient foods and expect to be healthy. If you want to be healthy, you got to eat right! That is, natural foods (whole foods) capable of restoring that harmony you’ve got to have with nature. These foods will give you back life, energy, and a good sense of well-being. Foods that can enrich your cells to do their job and keep you in perfect harmony with nature, thus keeping diseases at bay.
Now comes the question, “but I eat healthy foods, and I am still not where I want to be?” That is the issue we are facing today. Due to the nutrient-deficient soil over time, we don’t get the correct amount of vitamins and minerals. Therefore, we need to supply our body with healthy foods along with (wholefoods vitamins and minerals) for our cells to do their job and move us to that level of vibrancy we all love to have. In other to be healthy, we must eat the right foods, supplement with whole foods, vitamins, and minerals, visit nature as often, and do the comfortable exercise we will do. With all the above points, we can be as vibrant as possible! This is our mission and ultimate goal.
