1. INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION FOR LEAN START PROGRAM:
Through phone or Zoom, you will receive the personal health consultation you need in regard to you and your family, in other to meet your family health goals. It consist of 6 different sessions. You can either take the course as a series of 6 (60)- minute sections or
6 independent 60- minute per each sections over zoom. Any order you like it.
You can as well take only one section, preferably the first section
2. PANTRY MAKEOVER OR FRIDGE MAKEOVER:
I will join you by phone or Zoom and help you with your pantry or fridge makeover. I will show you what type of pure foods you and your family need in other to stay healthy. At the end of the consultation, you will feel comfortable selecting your foods, and feel very happy knowing that you are selecting the nutrient dense foods for the optimal health of you and your family.
I will teach you how to reduce or remove the problem causing foods and replace them with a pure food gradually. You will know which foods are the culprit to your ill health.

3. HOW TO READ FOOD LABELS:
In this course, by phone or Zoom you will learn how to read food labels. Food labelling regulations are getting more complex and tricky and so, it is harder to know the right food products. Therefore, learning how to know the difference between the junky and healthy foods is very important.

4. PRIME TIME HEALTH:
