Everyday is a Christmas when you are healthy!
My Unique story
I am a health coach. I help my clients create and implement a healthy lifestyle change, including good nutrition, exercise, attitude, and a wholesome way of life. But how did I become a health coach? Follow me, and I will tell you my story.
You see, Nature is God’s creation, including man himself. They live in harmony with one another. When there is a disease, that means there is disharmony. Removing the disease implies restoring the body’s connection with nature.
Healing, therefore, is the restoration of the lost harmony with nature. Being part of nature, every aspect of his body lives and functions harmoniously with nature. How do we restore this harmony or maintain this balance? Oh yes, to keep this balance, we must obey nature- that is, you must eat right! Not just eating the right foods, but walking and doing things that flow with nature, which means stepping out of your cocoon and walking outdoors, enjoy the sunshine, smell the flowers, enjoy the wind, and fill yourself with fresh oxygen! Doing all these puts you in a relaxed mode by keeping stress away. Do you know that stress is the no one cause of disease? You are what you eat and your healthy way of life. Therefore, you cannot cheat nature. Nature must get what it needs to help nourish your cells and function according to the creation. You should eat natural foods that flow with nature, which must be done for nature to reward you with good health, wealth, and happiness.
You see, my friends, as you are reading the above script, you may think this guy, the (writer) must be fortunate to have this knowledge. Isn’t she so bright? NO, capital NO! I eat whatever is available, both food and drink, until I get to a stage of disharmony. Eating the right food – I mean, natural foods came to me after I became so sick: so sick that I became bedridden. Yes, bedridden! You heard me right. I learned the most important thing about nature and life the hard way in this state. My friend, when it comes to nature and sickness, prevention is better than cure. I wish a magic solution would allow you to eat whatever you want and yet be super healthy. Unfortunately, there is no such thing. When caring for your body and nature, you cannot cheat; you eat your cake and still have it- no, no, no. Look, my friend, you’ve got to eat healthily and live a healthy life to be healthy. That’s the end of the story. This preceding energizes this company, MOTHER NATURE HEALTH COACHING, to promote awareness of eating right.
Even then, when you eat right and play right with nature, you are 60% -70% of the game and are not quite where you want to be. So many of my colleagues tell me they eat the right foods, yet they manage to get by in good health- not the energetic, vibrant people they want to be. I agree with them for the following reasons: first, the soil we plant our seeds is no longer what it used to be years ago. It has been depleted of the mineral content your body so desperately needs to perform its job. Secondly, so much toxicity in the air enters the body and interferes with how the body performs its job. The body’s engine eventually grinds to a halt after constant abuse, which is called a state of disharmony and, hence, disease.
How do we cure or solve this issue once we reach this dreaded stage? I will tell you what I did to solve my disharmony issues. I became curious about reading health books, which led me to register for the health and wellness program at Dr. Sears Health Coaching School. I gained a lot of knowledge, which I have decided to share with others, including (1) Eating whole natural foods, (2) yes supplementing with good super-foods like spirulina, chlorella, and plenty of fruits and vegetables to help repair and detoxify your body. (3) The intake of proper minerals in sea salt and supplementing with whole foods vitamins and minerals. (4) Get yourself any exercise you are comfortable with daily. And (5) Get a lot of sunshine, mostly early in the morning, before the temperature gets too hot. Visit nature often, especially where the air is naturally fresh and clean. Spread love, help create and heal yourself and the planet, and let us make the world a better and more beautiful place to live. Come to think of it, this is our own and only planet, and we want Mother Nature to be so proud of us, her children, not messing up the planet Earth and thereby making everyone happy!.
